All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with your order - such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item - please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  •   Your order number
  •   A description of the issue
  •   Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund if applicable

Please note

  •   We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind incorrect sizing, or ordering mistakes
  •   Items must not be used or altered when reporting an issue.
